FST - Fascial Stretch TherapyFascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a personalized assisted stretching therapy that focuses on the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds our muscles, bones, joints, nerves, organs, and ligaments. FST combines gentle traction with pain free stretching customized to your unique needs in order to address the entire body as one complete system. Daily activities can cause tightness and compression in the tissue, causing pain, injury and decrease in range of motion. FST can help to stretch the fascia and lubricate the joints by releasing tension, increasing blood flow, and relaxing the nervous system.
