What is Telerehab?
Telerehab is a secure video platform that enables face-to-face assessment, education, exercise prescription and treatment remotely.
Expect to receive the same high quality one-to-one care that you would in an in-person visit.

What can we do?
With telerehab we can offer:
Assessment:
- listen carefully to your concerns
- identify your injury or condition
- observe your posture, range of motion and movement
- use other tools based on your individual needs
Treatment:
- explain what will be best to manage your condition
- outline what activities can help alleviate your symptoms
- provide education and self-management techniques
- create, demonstrate and monitor home exercises
- recommend equipment such as braces, taping, and insoles
- direct you to other services if required

2) Fill out an intake / consent form:
- forms will be emailed to you once you book
3) Check out PhysiApp for exercise videos:
- download PhysiApp from your App store (free)
4) Close to appointment time?
- watch for a prompt to accept a video call
- choose a well lit, private space to be able to move around
- set up you device so you can be hands free
- dress as you would for a regular rehabilitation visit
